LIVING RUINS Ⅱ : Out door museum, Rediscovering the Ghost Village, Dereiçi

Dereich is a ‘ghost village’ with few people currently living. After the Hamadian massacre resulting from religious conflict, the villagers gradually began to leave the village, and to the present day, the village is still quietly disappearing with the pain of the day. However, the past, which flourished with the harmony and belief of the three religions looking at one god, still passes down from the depths of the residents’ hearts. The village’s folktales and beings who still preserve the village’s history are connecting the veins of the village’s history. Based on the folktales that proved the pain of the massacre and the power of faith, an outdoor museum was planned to connect the ‘Mac’ of Dereich Village from the past to the present. The village seems to be disappearing, but it still has history. Therefore, it does not exist, but it exists.
